Introducing
Four months of steady practice, a live weekly class, and a 3-day in-person retreat in Southern California to close it out. Built for women who are done running on empty.
By the end of January, calm won't be something you're chasing. It'll be something you know how to come back to — on your own, on a hard day, in real time.

"As a professor, artist, and mother, I’m always juggling many responsibilities. The tools I’ve learned through meditation have helped me stay grounded and calm. I’ve learned to pause and breathe, creating small ‘zen’ moments for myself throughout the day. I love that I can practice meditation anywhere, even in small moments, just naturally fitting it into my daily life. It helps me feel clearer and more present, and I’ve gently noticed how it supports my creativity and overall productivity.."
You're the one everyone counts on — at work, at home, in every group chat. Your calendar is stacked, your brain is switching tasks every six minutes, and "rest" has quietly become the last line on a to-do list that never gets to the bottom.
You snap over small things and then feel terrible about it. You reread the same email three times. You lie down exhausted and your mind won't power off. You're not lazy, and you're not bad at managing your time. You're dysregulated — a nervous system stuck in go-mode, running the show.
And you already know the fixes that don't work. The app you opened twice. The one-off workshop that felt great for a day. The "just breathe" reminder from someone who clearly isn't carrying what you're carrying.
The numbers say it plainly: 51% of women report being stressed, 46% feel burned out at work, and 42% say work has hurt their mental health. What's at stake isn't just a bad week. It's your health, your relationships, and your ability to show up for the work you care about.
You're not alone! And you're not broken.
Not in theory. You'll have a handful of practiced, science-backed tools — breathwork, grounding, body awareness — that bring you down from high alert in minutes, wherever you are.
Four months of weekly structure is what turns "I know I should" into "this is just what I do." Consistency is where real change happens, and this is built for it.
You'll close the season in person at the retreat — time away from your roles, in community, to go deeper than any Zoom call can take you and set your intentions for 2027.

Weekly guided meditations, a monthly live community session, and full access to the recording library. This is your foundation — short, repeatable practices you can use on a lunch break, in the car before pickup, or at 11pm when your brain won't turn off.
Everything in Essential, plus a weekly live 2-hour class on Zoom with the recording to revisit anytime. This is where we go deeper — practicing tools together in real time, asking questions, and building the kind of skill that holds up under pressure.
3 days in person in Southern California, with a small group of women who've been practicing alongside you all season. Guided meditation, nervous system practices, rest, time in nature, and intention-setting for the year ahead.
(We will meet Friday evening, all day Saturday and Sunday till midday,)
You won't be doing this alone. From the first session to the last morning of the retreat, you'll be practicing with the same caring group of women — the kind of support that makes a practice last long after the retreat ends.

One 60-minute private session with Aimee before the retreat to name what you're carrying, what you want to leave behind, and what you want to walk out with.

A short guided audio series and printable guide to help you arrive at the retreat already settled — so you spend your time there going deeper, not decompressing.

Finish the Reset Season and keep practicing at the founding member rate [Growth $222/mo] for as long as you stay a member.
The tired-but-wired nights, the stomach drop when your phone buzzes, the constant hum of alert. You'll learn to bring your body back down, not just push through.
When you're dysregulated, everything feels urgent. When you're regulated, you can think clearly, say no without guilt, and choose instead of react.
You'll build a practice that refills you — so you can keep showing up for your people and your work without paying for it with your health.
Is the steady one for everyone else and quietly running on fumes.
Has tried meditation apps or one-off workshops and wants something that actually sticks.
Is skeptical of anything that sounds too "woo" and wants practical, evidence-based tools.
Is ready to invest in herself — and would love to end the season somewhere warm, in person, with women who get it.

I've been teaching since 2005 — classrooms, universities, nonprofits, studios, here and abroad.
For most of those years, I was the one doing everything for everyone. I helped other people reach for their possibilities while quietly ignoring my own nervous system, until the cost showed up in my own health.
Meditation and emotional intelligence work changed how I work, teach, create, and live. I've spent 10+ years studying emotional intelligence and 8 years practicing meditation, and now I help professional women do what I had to learn the hard way: stop surviving and start leading from a place of calm, clarity, and confidence.
I'm not here to tell you who to be. I'm here to help you find what's already there.
"I immediately noticed a difference at work — I'm able to walk into my department grounded within myself, and I see how that also grounds my environment and my team."

Try the first 30 days. If the Reset Season isn't the right fit, email me within 30 days of joining and I'll refund your membership portion in full. Retreat deposits are [refundable/non-refundable] after October 15, 2026, because I'm reserving space on your behalf.
We understand you might have a few questions before you commit. Here are the ones I hear most.
Most people try meditation alone, with no structure and no one to practice with. The Reset Season gives you weekly practice, a live class, a community, and a finish line — the retreat. That structure is exactly what makes a practice stick. And you don't need any experience to start.
Plan on the weekly guided meditations (short enough to fit into a lunch break) plus the 2-hour live Growth class during your Growth months. Every live session is recorded, so if you miss one, you can catch up whenever works for you. As you are more comfortable with the meditation tools, you can use them on the go, 1 minute here or there, 5 minutes when you have it and so on. These tools are meant to be integrated into your life as you live it.
Dates: Jan 29 6-9pm, Jan 30 10-6pm, Jan 31 10-1pm in Southern California, details forthcoming. Friday Evening bites and beverages included, Saturday snacks, beverages and lunch included, Sunday snacks and lite lunch included. What's not included: breakfast, dinner and lodging, transportation to and from Southern California.
You can transfer your spot to a friend, get credit toward a future retreat, or program if you let me know by a December 15, 2026.
Come as skeptical as you like. Everything we practice is grounded in the science of nervous system regulation — practical tools, not a belief system.

How much longer do you want to run on empty before you build in the tools that actually help? Not someday. Not once things calm down — because if you're anything like the women I work with, things don't calm down on their own.
